Shipping and delivery
Items in stock are mailed out in 1-2 business days via Australia Express Post. Domestic express delivery takes 1-2 business days and is fully insured.
International delivery may take between 2 to 5 weeks from the date of shipping.
The item is out of our control once it has been shipped.

I want you to love your one of a kind handmade jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Please use my contact page for any inquiries regarding returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
Any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
Yes, I do custom orders.
I have extensive gem collection and can source any gemstone for your needs/design. Please note that custom orders are non refundable and require 50% deposit after we agree on design, metal and stones.
